We offer FREE shipping for all continental U.S. orders over $100 USD.
Hawaii, Alaska and U.S. territories receive FREE shipping for orders over $200.

Orders will ship 24-48 hours after purchase. You will receive an emailed tracking # when it ships. Standard shipping within the US usually takes 4-6 business days. Expedited UPS 2nd Day Air shipping is available if you need it sooner, rates will vary. Please note: Due to COVID-19, shipping carriers (both USPS and UPS), are experiencing delays. This is an industry-wide issue that effects all retailers, so please allow extra time for your delivery. Expedited shipping is unavailable for PO boxes, APO or FPO addresses.

International orders will ship USPS First Class International. Transit time typically takes 6-10 business days, but that can vary based on potential customs and importing delays.

Note: Orders outside the US may be subject to custom fees or taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your particular country. Please contact your customs office for a specific amount and percentage breakdown. These are not covered in the shipping cost when placing your order.

We hope that you love your purchase from gen/c. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to exchange or offer a refund for any unwashed or unsoiled garment within 14 days.

Email customercare@gencnyc.com your order #, name, and the reason for your return.  

Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and placed back into original bag with all labels and tags attached. Not placing merchandise back into original bag will delay processing of your return. Refunds will be made in the form of original payment within two weeks of receiving the goods back in our warehouse. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL.

We only accept returns that were purchased via this website. Gencnyc.com will not accept orders that were purchased from other retailers.

Place items in a box or envelope, with a copy of the packing slip and a note letting us know what you want to exchange. You are responsible for return shipping charges. Indicate size, style and color of your desired replacement item(s). As soon as we receive the return, we will send out your replacement.
